Appointments & Scheduling
To make an appointment, please call us in advance at 303-343-3121.
IN-OFFICE – It’s important to arrive a few minutes prior to your check in time if you’re an established patient to secure your scheduled appointment and to allow time for registration and paperwork at the front desk.
TELEHEALTH – Virtual appointments are available and encouraged during the pandemic. A smartphone, tablet or laptop using a wi-fi connection will work with the platform used by your provider. Advance registration is also required and information shared when making the appointment.
Same-day appointments are available for patients who need to see a health care provider on an urgent basis. These appointments are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis so call early.
Patients are considered late if they don’t arrive or cannot be reached electronically by their check in time. While we will do all that we can to help late patients, we cannot always accommodate you and may have to reschedule.
To cancel an appointment, be sure to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to notify with less than 24 hours prior to your appointment is considered a missed appointment and is subject to a cancellation fee. of $100.00. Please see Cancellation Policy.
