We no longer have an in-house phlebotomist to draw your blood. Here is a list of convenient lab drawing stations for LabCorp and Quest. Check with your insurance to see which lab they require you utilize.

Our office will provide you with the lab testing requisition, which should also be available to the drawing station in their computer system.
