Medical Fees
Our fees are set at a reasonable level based on the average cost of receiving medical care in the Denver area. Charges vary depending on the complexity of the medical problem and the time required to properly diagnose, treat and discuss the problem.
HMO and PPO Patients
Our office will file these claims for you. Copayments, if required, must be paid at the time of the office visit. You are encouraged to understand your rights and responsibilities under your particular insurance policy or HMO/ PPO plan. Most plans do not allow visits to a specialist without prior written approval from your primary care physician, and they usually discourage visits to the emergency room except in a crisis. It is recommended that you call our office before going to the emergency room unless you have a serious medical emergency. Questions about coverage under your policy should be directed to your insurance carrier.
Private Pay and Indemnity Insurance
Payment for professional services is expected at the time you receive them. This helps keep your costs down by eliminating the expense of monthly billing. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, or credit cards.
Billing Insurance
Payment for medical care is your responsibility. Our staff is happy to assist you with questions regarding your bill and insurance; however, we cannot assume responsibility for collecting from your insurance company.
Please bring your complete insurance information, including your identification card, account number and claim address.
