Office hours
Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. In addition, for those who have difficulty taking time off work, we offer extended hours some days of the month.
Making an appointment
Call (303) 343-3121 to schedule an appointment. If you have an urgent or acute medical problem we will see you on the same day. Please call ahead for an appointment. We will also make every effort to accommodate patients requesting same-day appointments for non-urgent medical problems. Our goal is to work with you and always have one of our providers available to meet your health-care needs.
After-hours care
For acute medical problems that arise after normal office hours, call our office at (303) 343-3121 and the answering service will relay the message to the on-call physician. We will return your phone call as soon as possible. In the event of a dire emergency or accident, call 911 for dispatch of emergency personnel.
Medical records
In most cases, new patients do not need to bring in medical records from their previous physicians unless requested to do so. If we need a specific report (i.e. pathology report, EKG, Pap smear), we will assist you in having these items sent to our office.
Location and directions
Our office is just west of Interstate 225 in Aurora. Take the westbound 6th Avenue exit off I-225 and proceed to North Potomac Street. Go north on Potomac Street. Our offices are on the first floor of the Medical Center of Aurora's North Campus, at 830 Potomac Circle.
